No more glasses or contacts! August 2008

So we finally bit the bullet and invested in Lasik surgery for Kirstina.  It's something she's wanted to for several years, but the timing never seemed right.  Well, when we found out you shouldn't get Lasik while your pregnant or breastfeeding, it seemed that the time was right this August, before we tried to get pregnant.  We found a wonderful doctor who serves mostly the Korean community, but studied at USC and is a real pioneer in Lasik Surgery.  He charges one third of what most of the more factory-type places would charge.  He provides wonderful results and all his clients come from word of mouth, because he is so fantastic.  His name is Joseph Lee, if anyone wants to come and look into Lasik for yourself.  It's amazing to be able to see 20/20 without the help of glasses or contacts.  It's too good to be true!  (It was very scary to submit to this surgery, but I had trust in my doctor, and all turned out perfectly)  This picture is the first taken after my surgery.
